My Approach
I am a Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist in the Northern Rivers, on Bundjalung Country, with a compassionate, person-centred, integrative approach that fully embodies the values of a trauma informed practice. As a person-centred therapist, I tailor each session to the unique needs and goals of my clients, focusing on building their skills and confidence and empowering them to become their own therapist.
